If the class is a CAFCA sponsored class then please fill the CAFCA Request for Training form out, click her for the CAFCA Request for Training form. If you have any questions regarding the class you would like to take, you can e-mail the Training Officer.  Click here regarding returning to duty after attending outside training class.
