Public Records request – info@WestlakeFD.org

Effective Monday, 3/23/2020, the District has minimized staffing in response to current events and the COVID-19 Pandemic. In doing so, the skeleton staffing level will limit the District’s ability to respond to regular open records requests within the time directed by the Texas Public Information Act. Accordingly, we will treat any open records requests received from 3/23/2020 until a return to a full administrative staffing levels as received on the date the District returns to normal staffing patterns.
