NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids for the construction of Westlake Fire Station 903 will be received by Travis County Emergency Services District No. 9 at their administration offices, in the conference room located at 1301 S. Capital of Texas Highway, Building B, Suites 123, West Lake Hills, Texas 78746, until 3:00 p.m. (CST) on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Project Overview:
The project includes, but is not limited to, the construction of a new fire station facility of approximately 15,174 square feet, including associated site work, utilities, concrete paving, masonry, structural steel, roofing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and all other work shown in the construction documents.
